Backup before upgrade

Hi!
I'm going to upgrade my 7650 and wonder what do I loose on my phone.
If I take a backup with Nokia PC Suite, and restore that after the upgrade, is everything back to the phone?
Yes, I know that all extra innstalled applications would dissapear.
Maybe I just copy f.eks the calender, phonebook etc to my PC for safety?!?!

backup then restore, everything will get resotred. when i upgraded my 7650, the nokia dealer was the one who backuped then restored my phone for me, ask them first if they can do the same.
