3310 no flash

hi, i have one 3310 that when i try to flash with dejan cables and rolis 4.78 it give me one error:

power off mobile first and then connect

any idea?, thanks

Maybe is a silly question but.... your phone is power off ?

Check your connectors. They might not be conducting well. Also, remove the battery first then connect the connector then try again.

I you fail somewhere while flashing, remove the battery again or power on the phone then power it off.

The phone must be off before flashing.

the conectors are allright, i do with another phones, i tested with diferent cables
the phone is power off when i connect
is posible it is a hw problem?

if you know that your cable is working properly..Then maybe your ccont is faulty..try to heat it with flux..

i haven't repaired it because i need one machine for reball, but i think in the future i'll have it
