unlocking

when i try to unlock my 3310 is keeps telling me that phone is not connected or mbus error what is mbus or do you think my cables are faulty i have just bought them anyone help me thanks leishy

You have to use Mbus cable. With Fbus cable you can't unlock your 3310. You may have correct cable but "wrong" OS ( most of the unlock software works only with win95, win 98 and will not work with XP, 2000, NT ).
Tray to use Eeprom Tools v4.0 by B-phreaks (http://www.b-phreaks.co.uk) ( it work with 95, 98, XP and you may also use dual switching F/Mbus cable.)
