Please Help!!!

Hi everyone.
I would really thank who will help me.
I have AMD athlon Xp 1800+ with winxp
i tried all versions of Sim-scan (1.21 and 1.33) and when i type f5 to get the KI it said memory allocation error.
Now i downloaded the par2.bin file from somewhere and when i press f5 to get the KI it tells me what mode i prefer. I type f3 (RECCOMENDED-SLOW) and it starts, but after two seconds it tells me some error on sending data.
Why?How can i solve and fix it? I can' t use Cardinal because i need to extract KI from Italian SIM of omnitel and wind and I READ SOMEWHERE that cardinal does'nt work with those.
Anyone please could help me!!!

are you runing sim_scan(chose version 1.33) in pure DOS?
if not...try to run in pure DOS

for run in pure DOS you need
-run cwdpmi.exe
-run sim_scan

Ok,now i'l try.
I jet tried and it told me that it was a 32 bit app.
Now i'll try with cwsdpmi
