3315 freezing and resetting

I have upgraded a 3310 to 3315.only problem is it keeps freezing and resetting intermittently.The flash file works in another 3310 ok with no probs.I have read about reflowing certain components.Would it do any harm puting the whole board through a reflow oven??

Have you reset the FAID?? Use Knok 95 and this should solve your problem
