You just had a major crash. You're working probably under 3.12 firmware whicha has a problem related to startup and very low memory.
What you have to do is try over and over to turn on the one ( maybe aroiund 50 times probably) and when the fone startsup, just insert *#7370# you will loose everything but it's the best.
