Restore Backup with DataSuite Contacts will be restored too?

If you have a software update and do the restore backup function with Data Suite, are your contacts also restored?

ok... but... if i backup all my phone.. software (es SeleQ).. pics.. sounds..... and after.. i upgrade 7650..... when i do backup ... i restore all things.. or i can't restore programs (es. seleQ install in 4,39)

i havent tried but i think they will be restored too once you choose all documents and settings.

Since the new DataSuite was released, I thought I might as well try it out. Besides, I think I'm going to take my 7650 to NokiaPoint to check out a sensor problem.

I firstly installed the new version OVER the old version (which gave me errors when I try to back up) and no error message popped up. Reboot the PC.

I backedup my phone (YAY! no more error messages!). Hard Reset it. And when the phone is connected to the PC, DataSuite asks you if you want to restore the data onto your phone.

After 6 long minutes, I find my phone nearly identical to when I HardReset it apart from a few things.

1. There were some applications (which were installed and deleted a long time ago) came out. Probably this comes from previous bad backups. Next time I'll backup my data to a new CLEAN folder.

2. My Java Games where completely gone.

3. My uploaded midis weren't there anymore.

4. My HandsFree problem is still there.. -_-

I think that's it.. Oh! Remember to restart your phone after you restored, gave me some error but everything went alright after I reset it!
