What other thing you can do with netmonitor except disable the light for a few second with 018

you can make the phone use barred cells (test 19), use one specified cell (test 17), reset or disable counters and more.
but the purpose of the net monitor is to show information about the phone and the network, so there is not much to "do" with it.
