Nokia 252 showing message envlop?

I have one Nokia 252 which showing the message enevlop on top and does'nt showing any does'nt going into any menu? How to repair ir?

is the phone work normally, don`t touch it. you must readjust some parameters if you want repair it. you will need wintesla, cables and some monitor to see the audio desviation. good luck.

from where should i get its wintesla plug in's and data cable? And how can i resolve this problem? The phone does'nt going into any menu please help me........

ok. try this first. reprogram nam *3001#12345 ok 999#1*12345
im position 1 and then off after on. if all is right the phone may show " nam error " or work normally. in the first you try to program some number must be ten digits in position 2. good luck.

Ok. you want try it. have you got a monitor to measure the audio deviation. you need it because you will must adjust these parameter, otherwise the phone couldn´t conect with the service provider. have you messenger ?
