Well,
I made you a clip in wav format...where do you want it sent?
I'd u/l it here, but I'd rather get a go-ahead from a mod...

How do you make a .WAV file not very big?
I cut some hardhouse mp3s in a 8 second file but it still was 950 kb!!!! That's VERY large, how could I get it smaller?

You have to remember that the loudspeaker is honestly not that great of quality, nor stereo, so....

When I create wav ringtones, I first export the mp3->WAV using the following settings: 16.000 kHz, 8bit and Mono.

Next I go into sound recorder and "clip" the range I want for ringtone...usually around 30 seconds or so.

Now, since I'm using a 3650 (and can run wav ringtones from MMC) I save the clipped wav at the same settings ("PCM" format), usually yielding ~600k file. Whereas for 7650 users, there is a save format called "GSM 6.10" inside of windows "Sound Recorder" which brings the size waaay down (~320k). If using the GSM 6.10 format, you might as well make the attributes to the highest available... Obviously you can make shorter clips and the results will be smaller file sizes. For some reason I can hear a slight crackling sound when playing back the GSM 6.10 files on the phone, that's why I tend to keep the "PCM" formatted WAV files....
