how do i send a sis file to phone using infrared

ok just got meself a infrared device to connect phone to pc but how do i send a sis or jar file from phone to pc using the software that comes with a nokia 7650 please.
i have maneged to get the software conecting to phone but have no idea how to send the files.
is there some other software i should use ?

What you need is Pc suite for nokia 7650
you can download it from nokia.com

from fon to pc:
-install a file manager app. send a file/folder via IR.

from pc to fon:
1. highlight the file. right click. send to... send via IR.
2. double click the .sis file to install to ur fon (thats if all ur settins are ok).

jar installation:
-use pc suite to install jar files or just send it via IR then install from Inbox.
