Have some questions:

Is it possible to modify 3210 firmware to make possible (oops, repeated) russian character input?

Is it possible to modify 3210 firmware that it could accept Russian T9 from 3310?

How can make L A A A R G E bitmaps in 3210's menus (76x22 like in ProjectZ)?

you can modify 3210 firmware in order to have russian characters
about t9..you cant get it from 3310

How can i do that (add Russian characters input)?

I added those characters in the strings, that are inputted from buttons i.e.
ABC2....
abc2...
But the pnone shows ? instead of those characters. I used INOCULATE.

Maybe with PPMMaker it would be different?

Use 'Save Text' in PPMMaker than edit it with Windows WordPad, than just Load :) With Russian it works 100% зуб даю :), всетаки я Русский ;)

Nope, it doesn't work

It shows "?" instead of russian letter.
Maybe it's impossible for a 3210 to show russian symbols, when you are inputing something from its keyboard?

Another thing, in a 3210 flashfile (v.6.00) there are two sections with strings like:
