Blocked Phones

I have a 7210 and a 6310i which donot allow me to make calls. When i try to dial they beep three times and cut out.

Does this problem involve the imei no. and what can i do to fix it. Please help thanx

yes it involves the imei. On those phones you cant change it easily so your better swapping them with someone in another country.
If you are not in the UK, I can swap you 2 8310s for a 7210?
