flashing 3650

Are there already flashers that can flash 3650

I would prefer a home made one..but I guess I'll have to dream on a bit:D

I just received my 3650 (which I won) and those DUMB nokia fucks
gave me a ppm with english, french, en deutsch
and I speak dutch damned (belgian)
now..I don't really care..english is fine for me
but the t9 has no dutch either..and its already a bitch to type with the phone.

So..thats why I would like to upgrade my phone
however..didn't find any 3650 flash files (well, latest i found is 2.41 .. but my version is 2.50..and won't downgrade)

so guess I better search a service center that wants to help me?

btw..what can I make with the attached file
is it for flashing, or unlocking only (dtc4)???

You have to flash the hex file included in a cheaper PIC16F876 with a PIC programmer and a software like MPLAP.
Then you simply connect the PIC like on the picture.

But I have a question: what sort of software can I use to flash or read DCT4 firmware?
