Samsung n620 freeze?

Hi.
Samsung n620 always freeze? *2767*2878# doesn't help. After removing baterey works 15 minute then freeze again. Is it hardware problemm or software?

i think it's neither, strip it and clean it with video tape cleaning solution using cottonbuds, i fix countless phones and most are condensation probs with bad contact points, hope it helps.:)
