Still no luck cannot get rolis 478 to do anything or knok pressing buttons but not much happening ,got 3310 nhm5 ver4.18 and want to put ver 557b on it. The reason I want to do it swopped it and the lights directly under the screen do not go off even when turned off any help would be good thanx.

What PC and operating system are you using? if it is Windows xp you will need to download & activate Userport prog to access your comm ports.

Using windows 98se and have flasher cables attached to lpt port and also have datacables attached to com 1 port. Just not sure how to back up phone before flashing new version in.
