After some time phone is turn off, I try re-fleshing but it same thing, also put new batery- same thing .

Don't 4get to set the FAID/update FAID.

Wich software or file?

Here try this (Set FAID)

1. using EEPROM Tools
- Set MBUS port
- Click Update Authority ID(Magnifying glass)

2. using Nokia Tool by Rolis or Nokia tool by Jordik
- Select COM port
- Click Read, Phone Info(Ctrl+R)
- If info read successful, Click Update FAID button

3. Knok
- Connect MBUS cable to PC and Phone
- Select COM port
- Select phone model
- Click Phone Settings
- Set FAID or Quick Set FAID

If this won't work, try to download a full working flash file, Flash it then FAID.
