8310 8390 differences

what are the differences between the 8310 and the 8390, if there are any could i flash my 8310 to 8390 with dct3 flasher with 8310 connector?

they are dct4 phones u should not use dct3 software on that and the difference is not the looks; they look the same, but the frequency and some more:
8310 euro model 1800 900 mhz and fm radio
8390 US model 1900 900 mhz NO fm radio
cannot be flashed between each other, if done so they will be dead.

i got dct4 flasher soft but im using my olddct3 cable. thanks for the help. do you know if the rumour about putting a 6100 lcd on your 8310 that its inverted?
