Problem with 6150

I have 6150 and problem is that I can't hear person, nor person can hear me!
Is there hardware fault?

Have you flashed it before?
If so Update the FAID and set SFS or do a software reset or try all default using your data cable.

If not maybe a hardware failure. check the mic and speaker.
