Suggestions for Nokia 3530

Hi People,

Im new to this forum, and purchased myself a Nokia 3530 2 days ago. And was just wondering if anyone know of any software for the PC that I can use to upload polyphonic ring tones, games and apps with ?

Also, does anyone know where I can download polyphonic ring tones, games or apps for free to transfer over the data cable ?
