send files from 7650 to PC by Bluetooth (Widcomm on board)

I'm trying and trying, but NO CHANCE to send any file (exept CALENDAR and Bcard's) to my PC

NOKIA suite works fine
Remote 60 even

but no chance to upload any other file (txt, mp4,...)

I read some post about Reg tweak with AcceptOther key but
it DIDNT WORK!!!!

Help me!!!!! somehow!

Config:
Win XP
MB MSI max2 BLR on board Widcomm BT card
NOKIA 7650

Which version of the WIDCOMM drivers are you using?
I found that the version that came with my devices wouldn't allow this either.

get the latest version 1.3.2.7 from bluetake (ftp://203.149.163.70/Bluetooth%20Software/BTW1.3.2.7/BTW1327.zip)

This fixed the problem for me. After I had tried the reg hack with the older version.

im using an old version 1.2.2.4

uninstall ur current 1.2.2.4 & download 1.2.2.15 from,

If Nokia Suite works with the phone why don't you just install Epocware PC File Manager which connects to Nokia's C: drive and can take everything off the phone...

Ok here is sollution for your problem.

Edit registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Widcomm\BTConfig\Services\0004\
change "AcceptOther" from 0 to 1.

Do the same for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Widcomm\BTConfig\Services\0004\

Now you can send any files from phone to PC :)
It works.

i try to download the DRIVERS version 1.3.2.7 from bluetake, but afther downloading 19Mb with my ISDN i got CoRRUPTED ARCHIVE!!!!! &^$&$*&

I even try the registry Tweak but with no result, stil can't upload files on PC (other then Vcard, calendar,....)

|'m trying now with drivers from MSI site, sooo......

I install the new MSI 1.2.2.15 Drivers from the MSI site,
changed The reg keys and everything works just FINE!!!
