8210 bahasa malaysia t9

hi all
how can i add bahasa malaysia (malay language) T9 dictionary to my 8210?
i have downloaded a Nokia 3310 MCU & PPMs file from http://freegsm.bizfreegsm.biz (http://freegsm.biz) and it does has contents like..

NHM5NX04.45O
NHM5NX04.45H
NHM5NX04.45F
NHM5NX04.45E

and so on..
how can i use the files?
what software do i need?

and if anyone has a malaylanguage T9 dictionary for 8210 or 3310/3315 please post it here..
