Simcard problem

Someone I know has screwed their sim card, O2 i think on a 3310, by keying in the wrong pin too many times (i believe that someone reset her pin without her knowledge) and now the sim card wont work, anyone know how, if poss to get round this?

u need to phone O2 and follow the phone intructions.. It asks you for your IMEI# or Phone# or smt, then it'll give you your PUK code, enter that and it'll ask u to enter a new PIN code.. sorted

Also a bit on the 02 website where you tap in your number and it gives you the puk code.

Hope they havent tried more than 10 times with the puk though......

yeah i came to use the Online version the other day and it was "unavailable".. dunno how long that lasted tho
