Did anybody ever change their nokia 3310/3315 eeprom/chip to a higher one?
Is it possible?

You mean the flash chip right??... cause eeprom is emulated in flash, is not a discrete ic...
My opinion is that you can't do such an upgrade, cause of the hardware on the phone itself...
i.e. if you wanted to incresease flash memory from 16 to 32 MB (like 3330) you would need one extra address line... And it doesn't exists on 3310....

These address lines exist in 3310 (at last from ub4_8 PCB)
