can i dowlnload hantro 3.4 on a wapsite?

i don't have IR so i would like to ask, can i download hantro 3.4 on a wapsite? i would really like to have the program...

Send it to your self to email.
eg goto school/friend/work/etc-computer and dl it from nokia's site and send it to yourself. Open the mail from your 7650/3650 and install it.
