The safest way i found is using wt2dejan.

Sownload wt2dejan.exe somewhere, and start a dos prompt, using these commands:

wt2dejan mcu_file ppm_file
wt2dejan ppm_file

Than you have two .fls files in same directory.

rename these to a easier name ("mcu" and "ppm" e.g.)

then open up the prompt again, and type:

copy /b mcu+ppm fullflash.fls

You know have a file called fullflash.fls. Flash this to your phone! :D

.... if only it's not last 3310 flashfiles =)
Also you can use Rolis Flasher =)

does anyone know if it is possible to convert dct4 files into fls in some way also?

looking at 6100 ppm's it seems that the text chunk is very much like the ones in DCT3, so we could start playing around with it.

I use DCT3 Flash Convector.
Awesome thing - you put your mcu and ppm file, press convert to FLS ... and ready.
Than you may analyse created FLS file and fix all checksums.
