Can't delete mail...

Does any of u guys has an idea about why my mail can't be deleted in the mailbox? It asks if I want them to be deleted from the phone only or from the server too and no matter what I answer it doesn't delete them. I had to delete mymailbox and edit it again in order to remove them.... Maybe a firmware bug? It's 3.16...:confused: :rolleyes: :confused: :mad: :grin:

are you using pop or imap?

It's a bit wierd wrt deleting...It' will put a line through the mail for you, but won't actually remove the header until you connect to the mailbox again. And I find that with pop3 it cleans up when you disconnect from the mail box.

So if you delete the messages while the mailbox is offline (ie. doesn't have the little lightning flash through it) then you must connect to the mail box, then disconnect and it will update for you.

So just try deleting, then disconnecting, this should work for you.
