o2 GPRS and MMS

Hi

Is anybody else on the O2 network??

I am getting errors when trying to send MMS messages (User Barred)!! I have checked all the message settings and they seem to be fine.

I also cannot access IM+ through GPRS it try's to connect but recieves an error also??

Any Ideas folks??:confused:

Hi, im also using o2 Germany without any problems ( gprs
mms ) !
I think the best way for you is to go on the o2 germany homepage and let them send the settings for gprs+mms via sms to your mobile! And for gprs-internet you have to create a new access point based on o2-gprs settings! Then you have to change the GATEWAY-IP-ADRESS TO: 195.182.114.52, and in extended settings everthing to 0.0.0.0

I'm with O2 UK and works fine, just go to the O2 site and request for the MMS and GPRS settings via sms.

Yeah i have done that.

Have recieved the two settings from the site - O2 MMS and O2 WAP GPRS!! I have changed the GPRS access point to wap.O2.co.uk

The Gateway IP address = 193.113.200.195 for both connections - is this the same as yours??

Hi dangerboy.

I'm with o2 in the UK and I had the same problem. I tried everything. In the end I rang O2 (50p a minute....... rip off) and there was a problem on my MMS set up on their side....

They sorted it out and with in 4 hour I was able to send and receive MMS.....
