Caller ID info from contacts book

Great forum here.

I have a 3650 and when i receive a call all i see is the phone number, and not the name nor the pic htat i already have set up in the contacts book.

Whats going wrong???

usual reason is u might have enter the name of the person whos been calling maybe more than once,check your entry in sim or phone memory.

Thats it, as i used another phone before, i add severall entries for the same person, when i copyed it to the contacts i make one card for thois person but with al her numbers. Now i deleted the other cards from this person and its working.
