Does anybody have Handy Book Full?, all the site seem to have all the Handy software except that, and its a good ebook program..

i have all the Lord of the Rings eBooks and all the Harry Potter ebooks, they are big in size 300kb to 500kb

coz i have tried one with 276kb of size but nothing appears when i click on it

it depends on the file type..

i can read with Handy Book

Pdb (Palm Data base)
txt

and it works fine, i only had problems with that other ebook reader, readm or something like that

Handybook can read pdb and prc files as well as txt. Mreader can handle prc, txt and some other formats I never found... The big problem with reading a book with handy book is that the backlight goes off before u finish the page sometimes and u have to move the joystick to get it back on. Mreader on the contrary has a programmable backlit option for 1m,2m,never switch off and default. Plus a land scape mode (which is great) and different letter fonts. It's true it can't handle pdb files but u can convert them using a small program called EasyDocViewer.

I have installed EasyDocViewer, it can open only pdb files.
But how can I convert MS Word-files (*.doc) to pdb?

What I meant about converting with EasyDocViewer is that u can open a pdb ebook (which is the most common ebook format and cannot be viewed directly with Mreader!) and copy/paste it to notepad so it becomes a txt file that Mreader can handle... :)

I want to transfer Word doc-files to the phone. But word offers only doc to save or simple text. Which prog can convert it and the formattings are staying?

Or can a prog at the 7650 read pdf-docus?

Paragraphs and numbering r acceptable when saving as txt... What kind of formatting is lost? I always save as txt and viewing with mreader is quite nice... But I'm not aware of any other program that converts Word doc files to prc or txt...:rolleyes:

Ooooohhh.... U mean tables... well these r ruined when u save as txt... u can't do it, sorry... p800 supports word as well as excell and powerpoint to view and smartphone can edit it also... Pitty 4 our 7650, maybe in 6months it will be possible with a 7650iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii !!!:D :D :D

if it is just viewing of word docs thats u want, u can try repligo. it will display all the tables and stuff, pics etc. wat u can see in ur ms word doc on the pc, u will be able to see it here on ur 3650. ;) but no editing that is.
