Nokia 6210 Microphone problems.

Hello ! I have Nokia 6210 and I have some problems with microphone signal. It is working well, but , during the call, microphone 'hangs up ' for sec. or two. The contacts are clean, mic. is good, ... I don't know. I susspect COBBA module. Can it be replaced ? I hope it's a software problem. Can anyone tell me what are the possible causes for this malfunction /.?

You propably need to reheat or reball the COBBA.

I already tried this and it worked. Now I am happy and my phone works fine ! Thanks, anyway /
