A Point on Hantro 3.3 & 3.4

I've just try the 2 different version.
3.3 from schizo app cracked from vodafone
3.4 provided by Nokia official. (in 2 modes: for 3650 & 7650)

I have a 7650 and both 3.4 from Nokia work with little difference in space nedeed and to the file output (quite better is 7650 version)

But there are GREAT difference from the Hantro 3.3:
1) the resolution is 160x128 in 3.3 (with vodafone logo ok, but much better than 128x96 of 3.4)
2) the size output (with parity of load of audio) is a little short than 3.4 (strange, because the quality has equal or better).
3) you can see the video in full screen (the 3.4 is unmanagable!!)
4) the program eats less memory than 3.4
5) On 3.4 u can't open the 3.3 files (I think for the bigger resolution) but the 3.3 opens the 3.4!!
7) The 3.3 seems to be faster than 3.4
6) the duration is 9 seconds for both

Now, why I must install a +0,1 plus version that has almost -2 from previous??
The only problem is the fastidious vodafone logo.. is somewhere a 3.3 "cleaned"?

I have noticed actually that with 3.3 and fast movement the cubic effect is stronger. The resolution seems a little better in 3.3 but the overall quality (movement and duration included) is better with 3.4... I have made videos with limited movement (my walking slowly) of up to 15secs and 25secs in dim light! With 3.3 it's always 9 or 11secs:rolleyes:

One thing I noticed with v.3.3, (vodafone) is that messages I send to an email address don't make it through..it sends fine but then all i get is dozens of emails without the attatchment. Perhaps it's the portuguese instructions confusing the english mmsc. 3.04(3.4) works flawlessly to email or phone.

With either I am able to open the .3gp file from the inbox, so long as the app isn't compressed.

Has anyone else noticed the mms to email problem with 3.3?

True, it HAS a smaller resolution but the quality is a bit better - i think they tweened the codec a bit - take a look - convert both files via quicktime to something you can work with and then resize the video you did with 3.4 to 3.3's resolution.

There is a bit of a quality gain in the new version.

The Thing I found out between the two is that 3.4 can't play .mp4 files. while 3.3 can do. ^_^x that's all

I think 3.3 is much better.. is a "no vodafone" version around the internet?
