A300 , any way to change/add language ?

i got the a300 , wonder if i can add/ change language to hebrew or add hebrew to the phone.

maybe i can get same phone with hebrew , will it help ?

i do have another A300 with hebrew lang in it (it have a different model name , but inside it say A300) i do have a data cable.
any way to d/l the program from the new phone and update/replace with the old one ??
plz some help here
