Strangest thing ever happened to a 7650!!!

Well, to be short on this loooong story,

Last thing installed on my friend's 7650 was worldclock 1.30 from Schizo's Site (File has no problem at all... I beleive)...
Application error after install, so i just restarted the phone.... The phone was in the charger, as soon as it opened up, it started playing MUSIC i've never heard before... Sounded nice though!
The music was not in the recorder or anything... The music kept playing, we couldn't stop it... Kept playing around until i found out that if you keep pressing on red button, it stopped.. After that, if you pressed on any button (0-9 - Dialing), it played music while key is pressed.......

Restarted the phone 10x ... Same kept happening, a while later, the phone started to do stranger things..... Menu applications inthe menu (Connect & others) were empty.... I hard reseted the phone, and back to normal, but it was SO strange....


Does anyone has ANY idea where the MUSIC file is... I'm sure it's on the Z drive....

Did you install the latest Extended Profiles Pro version 1.6? If you set one of the profiles to have a calendar ringtone and then restart the phone while your fone is plugged into the charger, the song will keep looping. It's a bug with Extended Profiles 1.6 I think. :D Cheers

Did you install the latest Extended Profiles Pro version 1.6? If you set one of the profiles to have a calendar ringtone and then restart the phone while your fone is plugged into the charger, the song will keep looping. It's a bug with Extended Profiles 1.6 I think. Cheers

The tone is 100% in the Z: drive........................

I've looked into Extended Profiles Pro, and all the *.mid ringtones are in the list. So even some ringtones from the Z: drive will be available in Extended Profiles Pro, when you choose it. Therefore if you set one of these Z: drive ringtones as your calendar alert tone, it would loop when you restart the phone while it is charging.

To find out what ringtone is, just go through your list of ringtones through your profiles, and most likely you'd be able to find it there. :D hope that helps. Cheers!

I beleive what happened was a mystery, and will never happen again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO WAY!
The polyphonic tone played was so neat.... It sounded Very nice...
It is impossible to have a mixed tone and would sound so real that i wouldn't notice... It's a *.mid file or what ever same kind...
