Strange Vibrating 3410

A question for you all nokia experts!!!!

i have a 3410 that is acting strange when i take out battery.
When i select the option First vibrate then callsound,and i turn off the phone,and take out battery,put battery back and start again,then phone refuses to vibrate before callsound.
I disable the vibrate function,shut down phone again,startup again and select vibrate before callsound,everything is ok again!!!
Is it hardware trouble or software?
Version is 4.26

I think it's software problem maybe some bugs(this phone don't have backup battery and maybe information about selections is taken to ram?), but i can also be wrong , maybe U should reflash it to another soft? Regards Dydol :D

I had the same problem with a 3410 and the only way to solve it was to flash the memory. I brought it to a Nokia Service Centre as the phone was only a few weeks old and he upgraded the software for me and it has work correctly since. Probably is you best bet, flash the software.
