Changing EEprom

Hi guys. I'm goin' to change the flash eeprom of my 3310. I will put in a 128 Mbit flash. Do you know if there are problems if I change the flash ? Then I'm going to develop a NEW software for 331x, and I want to know if somebody wants to help me to make my dream come true....

I think that this will be useless, coz even in 3310 with new PCB (from 3350) you can't have flash memory more than 32Mbits, coz you just don't have needed address lines to access more memory.
PS don't waste your time, coz thereis not only ARM and at NMP all this sw is written on C, not asm.
