If it is a software problem, you have to flash it.

If you haven't done anything with the software it is probably a faulty hardware... :(

Try to use wintesla or eeprom tools to determined what part of the phone cause contact service, for easy repairing...:) :) :)

I think that it's a checksum problem in the EEPROM area.
