help me! how to add t9?

i wanna ask all of you..
how can i add t9 dictionary from 3310 to 8210?
i've read some posts here that i have to change the keymapping?
does changing the keymapping effect the whole keymap?or it just effects the t9 keymap?
how can i change the keymapping?
anyone can help please reply..
because so far i just found bahasa malaysia (bm) t9 dictionary in nokia 3310 (dct3 phones) but there are so many models of the latest phones (dct4 or latest phones) that has the bm t9 dictionary.
can all of you help me?;)
