I am trying to change the language (PPM) on my Nokia 6510. When I click Flash.. it says Turn on Phone but the error message.. "TX pin remains unchanged" pops up. I have tried 3 programs DCT4 Flassher by ED2K, Win DCT-4 by Xshadow and DCT4 Flasher by Longhand and they all yield the same Error. BTW i am using the Nokia DCT4 Flasher that I bought from uCables.com and tried it on both Win 98 and Win2K with user port activated. Would appreciate any help.. Thanks
