btw silviamichael, how the hell did u make this mod? because the sec. code patcher doesn't work, becouse i just can't find some menus in the menustruct in g3n0lite. also PPMMaker can't open it. I mean did u mess with pointers badly or something? I hope u add sec. code in next version

My Suggestions:
- Changing the startup animations of the game
- Changing the font (I mean, you can add in the font small characters such as a little heart or smiley characters, so when we add a record to the phonebook, we can use a little heart for girlfriends or parents)

The second suggestion is so cool :)

hey michaels.. plz post the new version when you get it. i will give a mirror (from my local pc, 30KBps).
also tell me something:

1. How to find the Messages\MyDocument pointer and the Security settings pointer? g3n0lite does NOT show it (at least in the version i have).

2. NFader does not work on the file i have. If i patch, it says p where it should say Desktop.. so it messes pointers up..

the clock idea is a good one, here in Australia there is a new phone 2100 it has a date and time screen saver feature. some ting like that would be a nice touch.

i don not know if you have seen the WinXP version which i have edited (sorry if i did not ask any permission from you to edit it). i just want to congratukate you for a fine job of modifying the flashes... included in the edited version was a menu which allows the user to lock the phone line, so, if line 2 is locked, it will not change to line 1 by pressing and holding sharp. unless the user enters the PIN2 code.. i hope this gives you an idea... and i do not know if you have extended the startup animations, i made it 18 except of 8.....

all in all, IDOL nga kita... you did what i thought to be impossible and i'm doing flash modifications now because i'm inspired of what you did....

if you want to enter a security to ever time we need to make a call, you can do it in FIXED Dialing. it's already have a password with pin2 from simcard.

Fixed Dialing is located in Setting ==>Phone setting ==> security setting==> Fixed Dialing

Yes you can make it full the screensaver but you need to look where the oofset of the sreensaver is and then you need to find out how to change the width and the height of the screensaver.

I would love to see a start up tune similar to SonyEricsson A3618 has. All ericsson phones have this start up tune.

You may find this as a silly request !

it's quite different from fixed dialing, cause you can't see the phone numbers in fixed dialing, in this version, you can browse through the numbers but you can not make a call, except 112 that is...:D

Mine did have an animated start up logo even when i unlocked it, with ver 5.03 only

I've heard that it's not possible to upload new/different games on 3310/3315's but is it possible to replace the standard games with others if your making a different version of software like SilvaMichael has? If so, it would be nice to see some new games put into your newer versions to come silva :)

Heh :D There isn't any security in my version. Also, i cannot modify the menu struct to make this myself, because MyDocuments is actually missing, and so are some other menus.. Weird. I've downloaded from that site that was posted and is still working. If anyone can send me the newest version, (or the one with the securty for mydocs) i will host it on my paid host for all of you. I just want to have it :p

Version G hasn't been released yet. The latest version is "F" for now and it hasn't got security for mydocuments menu. It'll be in the version G.
In the version (F), when you select language as "WinXP", you'll get "mydocuments" and other menus.

Actually, i have to select language ITAL (which is named WinXP) in g3n0lite 1.6.. then i get this menustruct (as you see, no mydocuments here and other menus are missing aswell):

I know. Editing the fls with a ppm editor like ppm manager or ppm edit causes this problem. But except the names of the menus, everything is correct in the menu structure. Anyway, I'll send you the menu structure which has been written by silva. Here you are :)

If you want to get the animated startup logo back on a 3310/15 jus open up logo manager, select start up logo option, then click on TOOLS set logo to default there you go animated logo back

you musst flash the file once time from 200000 to 400000 , and then a second time from 400000 to 600000


than it should work

hi,
i flashed my 3330 twice from starting address 200000 to 400000
and from 400000 to 6ooooo and it work with the XP 3315i susccesfully but last night when i closed the phone and open it in the morning i found the phone dead can't open power ( i have been used this winXP 3315 version about 1 week and i found that my phone is dead , so i restored my phone full backup flash and the mobile responde the flash operation and the key light on as usuall but when the flash finshed the same problem the phone can't open , but i change up the cable maybe i should retype the iemi to go with the 3330 , instead of 3310 and the phone responde with the dara cable but it says contact service message so i changed the iemi to 3330 one and update the faid and clears all locks as usuall but the same happen the phone dead and didn't respond again to the mbus cable ???
is it a problem in phone hardware power (IC) ???
can any one help me in this problem .
