Is there any software for 7650/3650 data transfer by a data cable on COM port

what the hell, earlier also i have put the same question but people start fighting that is a cable for 7650 is there or Not. Cable is there and I am having that cable and it is working fine in Unlocking softwares but I couldnt find any software for data transmission or transmission of Wallpapers/Ringtones in 7650/3650 through a Serial/COM port Data cable like there is Mobile Media Browser for 7210/6610/3530 etc. Now please stick to the original post and please dont divert the real question. To manage files such as wallpapers/midi/video/photo ecc. simpy use filemanager 1.0 u can easy view the c:\ of nokia.
To manage the contacts there isn't any software to do yet.. but i've just download contacts manager 0.1b (http://www.agora.cz/agora/agora.nsf/0/d7f3dbd83a70b22dc1256cee005b03f2/$FILE/cntmng7650b010.zip) but i have to try it yet..
for sms there is another software too. I think smsmanager

Thanks buddy for the response, but i dont need *.Sis files. You misunderstood my point, I want a software through which I can send this *.sis files/gfx/tones to the mobile by connecting it to a Serial/COM port Data cable which I have for 7650/3650.

With Filemanger u can..
this is the fastes way to put and take the media files from the phone. For the contacts u must use a .sis installed on phone due to the impossibility to copy a file "in use".
This program works with both bluethoot and IR. There isn' t any other way to comunicate with phone.. no serial com exist
