Activating SMS sending in 6120

I activate SMS writing function through wintesla. The phone respond "Sending message"..."Message sent", but addressee don't get the message. What is it?

just ask about this case in ur service provaider which u have

mobile canction.. thay will solve ur probalam .. otherwis just

make full factory rest by useing wintesla its also work ...

Provider said: the phone send messages without own number, that's why the messages can't be processing by commutator.
