How do you use the WAV 2 AMR convertor, i haven't got a clue what im doing and nothing iv done so far seems to work!?????

hey guys! to all people want to convert wav to amr files here's the

i saw this before in this forum (i think) but i could not find it
anywhere so i just post this again to the people want to convert wav
to amr and don't know how to figure out the amr2wav dos version,
just be sure your using 16kbps and 8khz to be able to convert wav to
amr, amr to wav also in this software but still no luck, having
problem with it
