unlock Sec code on 7650

Hi evry 1...

is there any way that i can reset my security code on N7650 (I forgot it)
(All that I have is USB Infrared MA-620):(
and ther is no serv.center in my contry

and 1 more (silly) question..
when I search for an answer for my question I found somthing called (dct4 unlocker) !!
what that's mean !! and what's happen to my phone when I unlock it?

Yup, u can unlocking the security code with DCT-4 flasher, but

u must buy dct-4 7650 flasher cable
