seimen/nokia network stress

thank for thosewhoreplied to my qns about nokia 3210 network stress but i have changed almost everything in ain still the network is flactuating also i have seimen a-35/36 showing asymbol of (!) before the operator name and i cant be able to make call it sound engaged help me

Try replacing the PA in the Sieman A35 i got this from Andie.
I havent tried it im waiting for some spares
A far as da 3210 no clue having same prob
