I have an 8260 and when i dial it gives a busy signal and its not just where i am it happened in a couple of places and it doesn't make a call to *611 at all or anywhere else is there anything that can be done. I have reset the phone and it still makes a busy signal. Also sometimes the data cable doesn't work where the programs doesn't recognise the phone is on or plugged into the computer, is there anything i'm doing wrong?
