3310 charging problem

i have a 3310 that still charges even without the charger and after a while reconnect charger is displayed on the screen. what parts do i replace and any jumper techniques to follow. help me pls.

Can you hear a voice from phone when charge connected?change (PA)power amplier.tested by me.works %100.

no i do not hear any sound. the charger charges allright but the problem is when i remove the charger, charging continues and then reconnect battery. are there jumper solutions for this? yes i have changed the PA and the charging ic. no effect.
