Nokia 8260 flashing problems

Can somebody tell me exact ROM size in 8260?
I am trying to read ROM on one phone and write it to another.
Aftrer that another phone (second) become unstable.
No sound, cannot get to *3001#12345# menu.
Both are 8260, exactly the same.
I am using NOKIASOC.
Whats the problem?
