Anyone know the pinout for the headset/headphone jack on a 6590i? I would like to listen to the built in radio.

I guess this is a 4 connector sub-mini jack. (like what you see on the headset/microphone) There are not many regular stereo (walkman style) headphones that have a 2.5mm sub-mini plug on them let alone a 4 conector. (In fact I have never seen one.)

I have tried to use a 3 connector 2.5mm. sub-mini male to a 3.5mm. mini female adapter for a standard pair of stereo headphones. This sort of worked but I have to keep it partially plugged in to get it to work and it keeps coming loose.

Anyway I think I need a real 4 connector on my headphones. anyone know the pinout or even a source for this kind of jack?

Hi guys...

Was just wondering if there was any luck with finding the pinout?

Thanks

I have not yet heard anything. I did buy a cheap headset and am thinking about cannibalizing it to figure it out.

I was hoping someone technical would know.
