u dun need to know how to use it....u just need ur eyes to view it... .jpg are just images...which can't move...

where else .gif are pics/images that can moves....cute..:p

wat u mean by loop??

u must have screensaver installed in order for the gif animation to loop and act as a screen saver, otherwise go get AniViewer.
